1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AMZ IPTV (the "Service," located at iptvlookup.com and iptv.tutoje.cz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including both Free Tier and Premium users.

2. Description of Service & Content Affiliation

AMZ IPTV provides a suite of tools for validating, indexing, and organizing IPTV subscriptions (Xtream Codes API and Stalker Portals). As a utility platform, we act as an intermediary tool that connects to third-party IPTV servers to check credential validity, fetch metadata, and generate M3U playlists.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a user of AMZ IPTV, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

• Authorization: You warrant that you have the right to use and submit the IPTV credentials you enter into our system.
• No Malicious Activity: You may not use the Service to launch DDoS attacks, spam third-party servers, bypass rate limits, or disrupt the operation of AMZ IPTV.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to reverse engineer our API, scanning engine, or decentralized worker network.
• Responsibility for Submissions: You bear sole responsibility for the credentials you submit and any consequences arising from checking them.

4. Data Submission & 100% Default Privacy Model

All scans performed on our platform are 100% private by default for all users (Free & Premium). Credentials and diagnostic results are saved strictly to your personal dashboard ("My Lines") and are NEVER published, added to public search indexes, or shared with third parties.

• Your credentials remain confidential and accessible only from your authenticated account dashboard.
• No public listings or search tables index your submitted lines automatically.
• If you choose to share a line, you must explicitly accept a declaration form and generate a voluntary share link.

5. Premium Membership & Payments

We offer Premium features (e.g., Private Scans, Bulk Validator, advanced proxy routing) for users who support the project via Ko-fi or NOWPayments.

• Account Linking: You are responsible for ensuring your payment is linked to your Discord account. If using Crypto, you must be logged in. If using Ko-fi, you must link your Discord in your Ko-fi settings.
• CynTV Subscriptions: If you purchase a CynTV subscription via donation, you will receive a unique renewal code. It is your responsibility to include this code in the payment message of future donations to automatically extend your existing subscription. Payments made without this code will generate a new subscription line.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Service, all payments are considered donations and are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, contact the administrator for a potential resolution or account adjustment.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Premium privileges without refund if a user is found violating these Terms (e.g., abusing the API).

6. Copyright & DMCA Takedown Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. Since AMZ IPTV acts purely as an indexing and search engine for user-submitted data, we do not host infringing media files. However, if you are a copyright owner and believe a specific indexed link points to your copyrighted material, you may request its removal.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AMZ IPTV MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE UPTIME, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

In no event shall AMZ IPTV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
