Premium Purchasing Update

Starting June 16, 2026 at 0:00 CEST, we are transitioning from a donation-based Premium to a Shop-based system on Ko-fi.

All diagnostic checks performed on iptvlookup.com are strictly confidential. Test results and saved lines are stored exclusively in your personal dashboard ("My Lines") and are never published, shared with third parties, or indexed in public search results.

1. What Information We Process:

  • Diagnostic Inputs: Credentials (Server URL, Username, Password, or MAC address) voluntarily entered for verifying network response, latency, and stream header availability.
  • Account Identification: Discord Account ID and Username if you log in to sync your saved lines across devices.

2. Retention & Data Erasure (GDPR):

  • 90-Day Automatic Cleanup: Saved bookmarks in "My Lines" that remain inactive for 90 consecutive days are automatically purged from the system.
  • Instant Deletion (Right to Erasure): You can click the "Delete All My Data" button in your "My Lines" dashboard at any time for immediate deletion of all your bookmarks.
  • Full Account Purge: Upon sending an email request to [email protected], all your account records will be permanently deleted within 72 hours.

3. No Media Streaming or Storage:

Diagnostics are executed via lightweight API headers checks. Our servers do not stream, download, store, record, or buffer video or audio media files.
